Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another class (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. However, you may transfer the credit to another class up to one hour before the class start time.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
