We understand that plans can change, however due to limited spaces and high demand for classes, the following policy applies:
Group classes:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before class can be transferred to another session or credited to your account.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a class are non-refundable and can not be transferred as your space cannot be re-filled at short notice.
Class packs (5,10 & 12 class passes):
Class packs are non-refundable nd non-transferable.
Expiry dates apply and classes must be used within the valid period.
Late arrivals/no shows:
If you do not attend a booked class, the session will be lost and cannot be refunded or transferred.
