This class is specifically designed to connect with and harness the power of the New moon. You'll be taken on a journey of specific breath work, asana flow and chanting.
A class for all levels.
What to bring:
You are welcome to bring your own matt and props however these are also provided.
Bring water and wear comfy, stretchy clothes.
Where to park:
Look for the green summerhouse (that is the studio).
Park anywhere on the road or If it is on your left there is a small car park if you follow the road round to the left (a 1 minute walk after parking).
