If a session is cancelled a full refund will be issued. If you cannot attend due to illness and give me 48 hours notice a full refund or voucher will be offered. If you do not let me know within 48 hours an do not show up no refund will be issued and it is at Forest Friends Ltd discretion whether to issue a voucher.
