Vet Nursing of Exotics, Zoo & Wildlife - 6 month programme

It is possible to cancel a booking after it has been placed. Refunds are based on the following criteria:

1. Cancellation prior to enrolment on the course will enable a full refund to be provided.
2. Up to 2 weeks after enrolment on the course a student may leave the course and receive a full refund (less an administration charge of £75 + VAT) if they have not accessed any of the course materials on the virtual learning environment. They should inform the course administrator that they wish to leave as soon as possible.
3. After 2 weeks from enrolment, or if course materials have been accessed as at any point after enrolment, then no refund can be given.
4. Any request for cancellation should be made in writing via post or email.
5. Refunds will be paid within 30 days
6. A student may transfer their place to another student within their practice if they have been enrolled for less than 1 month and have not submitted any assignments to their tutor
