If you like Latin and different world rhythms you will love Zumba Fitness! Every class is like a big party! Zumba gold is a modified lower impact version of this :)

If you'd like a little more strength-training, there's Zumba Toning. Zumba Toning keeps Zumba's essence while focusing on strength training the arms, abs and thighs! Please bring your own dumbbell weights (anything between 1 POUND and 3 POUNDS each weight) or Zumba toning sticks.

If you’re unable to join me for a ZOOM class you’ve booked, please let me know on 07710844854 at least 2 hours before class is due to begin to give me enough notice. I’ll then cancel & refund you OR you can request to transfer your booking to another Zoom class. You won’t be able to do this yourself on the booking system now that the settings have changed for the face to face class policy. This will give me chance to promote the online spaces.

INDOOR CLASSES

If you’re unable to join me for an indoor class you’ve booked, please let me know on 07710844854 at least 24 hours before class is due to begin to give me enough notice to fill the space in the hall. I’ll then cancel & refund you. If you message after the notice period then it won’t be possible to refund. This is something I really don’t want to do but it’s necessary with paying room hire and having such limited space available.
EXCEPTION... If you develop any Covid symptoms meaning it’s not safe to come to class OR if you end up needing to self-isolate for any other reason please message me and I’ll credit you a future class once it’s safe for you to join us. Please then contact me to book in for the owed class.
