Inner Youth Yoga & Sound

My name is Donna,
I run my own small and personal yoga studio called inner youth yoga based in Coventry. I teach several yoga classes a week some morning and some evening as well as working full time and presenting monthly pranayama workshops and relaxing Soundbath's as well as other events.

My qualifications are:

Fully trained Gong & sound healer.
Advanced Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga).
Yoga Teaching (Hatha Yoga).
Mindfulness Movement And Meditation.
Working With Chakras. (A.M.A.N.F)
