We provide specialist gymnastics for children and young people who are unable to access mainstream sports clubs.

🧠 Therapeutic Approach: Fun, tailored movement designed with therapeutic principles to support child development.

⏰ 48h Policy: Self-service transfers and cancellations up to 48 hours before class.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations: Due to small group sizes (max 4–6 participants) and venue costs, sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice via Bookwhen, your booking credit will be applied to a future class in the same term. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-transferable and non-refundable.

1:1 Private Sessions: 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a 1:1 session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

Service Cancellations by Jump Start Therapy CIC: If we cancel a session due to coach illness, severe weather, or venue issues, you will be offered a full refund or an immediate session transfer.
