🌳Thursday 6-7pm is heading outside to Victoria Park from Thursday 23rd July until Thursday 27th August
➡️ This class will then move indoors to The Robins Nest (Bideford AFC) from Thursday 10th September

🌊BRAND NEW CLASS starting Friday 7th August, 9:30-10:30am at Seafield, Westward Ho!
➡️ This class will then move indoors to Kingsley Hall, Westward Ho! from Friday 11th September

Wednesday 19th August - join us after the Northam Hall 9:30am class for a cuppa and chat (maybe cake!) at Coffee At Maggies in St Margaret's Church just down the road
