A fabulous family yoga session with connection at it's heart
This session is planned for children aged 4 - 11 years and a family member to enjoy together.
We start with some grounding breathwork and a simple warm up
Then we engage in a energetic flow, introducing some simple and accessible yoga poses for all the family.
Hopefully we will have some time to enjoy some yoga games and fun resources
Finally we will then slow things down and finish with a cosy relaxation - bring a blanket to snuggle under!
Booking info
We will be located upstairs - come into the workshop space and follow the corridor to the end (past the toilets!). Lift available
Mats and props are provided ~ however you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing
