🌞 Summer Flow
An hour of flowing movement, in time with the breath.
This all-levels class is designed to improve flexibility and confidence. Expect impactful breathwork, yoga flow with optional vinyasa elements, soothing stretches and Savasana to finish.
Familiarity with yoga will help for this class, if you are a complete beginner please look at my morning classes or get in touch after summer holidays.
đź“Ť Location note: Depending on the weather we will be outside. Please bring your yoga mat, cushion and blanket for stillness Savasana.

Book the full 4 week block on in-person classes, please check listing for dates. REFUND POLICY Refunds* on block bookings are valid up to two weeks prior to the start date of the block. After this, block bookings can be transferred to the next available block. However, once the block dates have started there are no refunds or transfers available. *Refunds given are subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total block value

Anne of Cleves House is home to Haverhill Physiotherapy Centre. Entrance to customer parking is to the right of the building, you are able to park here or on the main road. Use the main entrance via the back of the building (white door in the garden), you'll find a small waiting area, please wait here. My classes take place upstairs, I will collect you when ready. Classes are held in the Anne Boleyn suite.
