🌞 Summer Flow
An hour of flowing movement, in time with the breath.
This all-levels class is designed to improve flexibility and confidence. Expect impactful breathwork, yoga flow with optional vinyasa elements, soothing stretches and Savasana to finish.
Familiarity with yoga will help for this class, if you are a complete beginner please look at my morning classes or get in touch after summer holidays.
📍 Location note: Depending on the weather we will be outside. Please bring your yoga mat, cushion and blanket for stillness Savasana.
Instructies
Please arrive to the venue at least 5 minutes before start time so we can begin our practice promptly.

Anne of Cleves House is home to Haverhill Physiotherapy Centre. Entrance to customer parking is to the right of the building, you are able to park here or on the main road. Use the main entrance via the back of the building (white door in the garden), you'll find a small waiting area, please wait here. My classes take place upstairs, I will collect you when ready. Classes are held in the Anne Boleyn suite.
