Little Adults Academy

Little Adults has been promoting models and actors since 1997. Through years of experience and researching the journeys of those we have supported, we recognise that true success begins with confidence. For this reason, we have designed workshops that use modelling and the creative arts as engaging tools to build self-worth, strengthen life skills, and help individuals present the best version of themselves.

Our programmes are not just for those pursuing modelling or performing arts. They are equally valuable for the everyday person who simply wants to develop stronger communication skills, prepare for job interviews, improve self-esteem, or learn how to carry themselves with confidence. Depending on the session, participants may explore areas such as voice projection, posture, self-expression, and presentation skills all aimed at fostering personal growth.

We are proud to have trained thousands of young people in building confidence in life skills through the creative arts. We have worked with companies such as the BBC, Nickelodeon, and ITV. Our models have experienced a wide range of opportunities, including photoshoots, body doubling, fashion shows, voiceovers, and more. Many former participants now bring their own children to us, trusting in our long-standing commitment to diversity, opportunity, and the empowerment of youth.
