If in the event we have to cancel a session - Little Farmers will issue you a refund or a make-up day will be offered.
For casual days and workshops = If you provide us with more than 24hrs notice of your need to cancel - we will issue you a refund or transfer your ticket to another day
(Unfortunately, due to the short notice and the inability to fill your spot, cancellations of any less (than 24hrs) will not receive a refund)
For full term bookings - You will need to provide at least 5 days (before the term is due to start) notice to cancel your booking to get a full refund.
If on the chance you require a cancellation within 5 days of the term starting - only a 50% refund will be offered unless we can fill your spot with another family.
After the term has started, there will be no refunds of your term contract unless requested and agreed upon by Shel.
All refunds must be requested and notified either by email (littlefarmers@mail.com, by text (0432342285) or by instagram DM (@browns.road)
