Friendly community classes for 'EVERY-BODY'
My classes are designed with older active adults, beginners or returners to exercise in mind. 'Every-Body' is welcome no matter what your age shape, size or fitness level.
SENIOR FIT classes are designed for over 60's. Fun & friendly low impact exercise to keep you fit, strong, healthy and flexible helping to make life easier.
I have a relaxed teaching style and just want you to feel comfortable, have fun and enjoy your classes.
I currently offer:
🔷️LEGS, BUMS & TUMS🔷 All ages & abilities
Tuesdays 7-8pm
£7 per week or £30 for 5 weeks
🔶PILATES🔶 All ages & abilities
Mondays 7.10-8.10pm and Wednesdays 7-8pm
£8 per week or £35 for 5 weeks
🟣GENTLE PILATES🟣 All ages & abilities
Fridays 10am-11am
£7 per week or £24 for 4 weeks
🟣SENIOR FIT🟣 OVER 60's Movement to music - covers all you need to keep yourself fit!
Mondays & Wednesdays 10-11.30 am (coffee and chat after class)
£7per week or £24 for 4 weeks
You can choose any day for each different class as long as they are consecutive to get the discount. You can't mix up classes with different prices. If you can't do a block of classes in a row you'll need to pay weekly.

By paying in advance for 5 LBT classes you are receiving 1 week free of charge.
24 hours notice of non attendance is required.
NO REFUNDS - your payment will be TRANSFERED to a future class
