Specifically designed for anyone:
It's no easy task - truly, I know! - ringmarking time for ourselves,
Putting ourselves ahead of so many other demands.
But it is so important.
To remember you count.
To notice the pulls on your energy, and time, and patience.
Join us.
Switch your phone to silent.
Trust that all will be ok.
You're allowed.
A morning to stretch out and spread out; flowing yoga; dedicated time to relax.
All based on the principles of Restore Your Core: safe, strengthening, supportive, whether you have a core/pelvic floor issue, or not.
A dedicated, unavailable-to-all-other-demands, ringmarked morning to call your own.
Mats, bolsters, blankets etc all available to borrow at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle, and dress comfortably; layers are recommended.
