Halloween bookings are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, please contact Roots at least 48 hours before your session. Your booking may be transferred to another family, but the new family must contact Roots before attending so we can collect their details.
Bookings cannot be transferred to a different Halloween session.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer, except in exceptional circumstances at Roots' discretion.
If Roots cancels a session, affected families will be offered an alternative arrangement or refund.
