Due to the already flexible set up of PAYG tickets, once you have paid no refund or makeup is available for any of these missed classes.

If you sign up to a month’s course and are unable to attend a session due to illness, subject to availability you can come to an another location on a different day to make up for the missed class. We allow this flexibility just once each month please.

No refunds of money will be given for missed sessions, unless due to unforeseen circumstances they have been cancelled by us.

Intolerance, abusive attitudes or violence towards other participants or staff is unacceptable and the organiser reserves the right to ask that you leave immediately and to refuse your participation in future sessions or events (without refund).
