Block bookings that are cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice are subject to a £15 administration fee.
Refunds are not possible in the case of illness, shielding or local lockdowns. Online sessions to enjoy at home will be provided instead in this instance.
Refunds are not offered in the event of missed classes (including trial classes) as a result of sickness or holiday absence. Or in the event of a class being cancelled as a result of extreme weather conditions or other events outside of our control.
Taster sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable, subject to availability, by emailing northdown@musicbugs.co.uk to arrange.
