North Carolina Center for Mediation - Live Training

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued as follows:

• 14 or more days before the first day of training you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee for 16-hour or 40-hour classes.
• 7 to 13 days before the first day of training you will receive a 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first day of training registration fees are non-refundable unless transferable to another student. Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant at no additional charge if requested before the training begins.
• After the training begins no refunds will be issued, including for missed sessions or failure to complete the training.

If the training is canceled by NCCM, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. If training is rescheduled, registrants may transfer their registration to the rescheduled training or request a full refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment.
