Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by Our Earth Forest School:

At times Our Earth Forest School may need to cancel sessions due to dangerous weather conditions or personal emergencies. In this event we will either refund the money for that session or you can attend an extra session at no extra cost.

Cancellations made by you:

If you wish to cancel a session we will need 24 hours notice. If you cancel within this time frame a full refund for that session will be given or you can attend an extra session at no extra cost. If the notice given for cancellation is less than 24 hours no refunds will be given.

If you wish to cancel a block of sessions 24 hours notice before the sessions start is required. If the notice is less than this no refund will be given for the first session, however the rest of the sessions will be fully refunded.
