The Play Patch with our muddy lovely days 🐞

A gentle outdoor stay and play session where little ones can explore, play, and make happy memories in nature.
Each 2-hour session 9.30am–11:30am offers child-led play with mud kitchen fun, sand play, nature-inspired activities, and plenty of opportunities to dig, splash, create, and discover. A snack for children is included.
Recommended for children from toddling age to 7 years, though all ages are welcome. Grown-ups stay throughout the session and are encouraged to join in the fun alongside their children.
We embrace the changing seasons and aim to run in all weather, so welly boots, puddle suits, and a love of muddy adventures are highly recommended.

Important Information ☁️🍄🪵🐛🌸🫧
• Our play space is located within a natural, unpaved field. The ground is uneven and can be wet or muddy depending on the weather, so suitable footwear is essential for both children and adults. Please take extra care and be mindful of younger children while moving around the site.
• We are lucky to have a lovely open patch of space to play and explore. Please note that there are areas of water within the wider field. Adults must supervise children closely and ensure they stay away from these areas. Warning signs are displayed around the site.
• A compost toilet is available near the entrance to the field.
• There is no dedicated car park. Parking is available along Birkacre Road where suitable and considerate to local residents and other site users.
