Drop-In Class & Pole Hire Refund Policy:

Class & Pole Hire bookings can be transferred or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class. Any bookings cancelled later than this will not be refundable.

Studio Hire Refund Policy:

Studio Hire bookings can be transferred or cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the studio hire. Any bookings cancelled later than this will not be refundable.

Workshops, Guest Classes, Privates and Other:

Please check event specific policy accepted prior to booking.

Class Package Refund Policy:

For classes booked with a class package, cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of class will be credited back to the class package. Any bookings cancelled later than this will not be recredited and will count as a class used under your package.

Please note, class packages are non-refundable.
