Refund policy:
Due to advance hall hire and administration costs, if I (Jocelyn, the Pilates teacher) have to cancel a session due to unavoidable issues I am not able to offer a refund. On the rare occasion this happens a pre-recorded video will be made available. If you need to cancel your place before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund as long as I can fill your place. Switching to another class/venue mid course may be possible but not guaranteed. There are no refunds or discounts if you are unable to make one or more sessions. Thank you for your understanding.
