A day of silent practice for anyone that has previously completed at least six weeks of a mindfulness course.
Combining a variety of different guided sitting and movement practices with time to reflect, this is a real opportunity to deepen or reconnect with your practice.
Bring a mat, a stool, blankets, cushion and anything else that will help you to be comfortable.

Blankets, meditation stools, Yoga mats and cushions may all be useful for your comfort. We eat lunch together in silence so a packed lunch and drink is also recommended.
