You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund. Refunds are processed automatically through the booking system and returned to your original payment method.
If you prefer, you can transfer your booking once to another class within 2 weeks of the original date. Transfers must also be made at least 24 hours before the original class to keep things fair and manageable.
Cancellations or transfer requests made within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible for refund or transfer, as your space has already been prepared for you.
