Sauna Ora – Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Individual Bookings
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, or may be rescheduled free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are considered a change of mind and are non-refundable.
No-shows are treated as a change of mind, are non-refundable, and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Group Bookings (3 or More Guests)
Group bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Cancellations within 48 hours are considered a change of mind and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Limits
Each booking may be rescheduled once only, regardless of notice period.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of a session is not guaranteed and is offered at Sauna Ora’s discretion, subject to availability.
Further requests to reschedule the same booking will not be accommodated.
Where eligible, rescheduling is preferred over refunds.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for your briefing.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, out of respect for other guests.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
Minimum Numbers / Low Attendance
Some sessions require a minimum number of bookings to proceed.
If minimum numbers are not met, Sauna Ora reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at its discretion.
If this occurs, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Weather & Safety
Our sauna operates rain or shine.
In the event of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control, Sauna Ora may cancel or reschedule sessions.
Where Sauna Ora cancels a session, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
