Cash refunds are not possible under any circumstance.
If you need to cancel a booking with more than 48 hours notice we will be able to catch your session, to use against a future Shooting Starz booking.
If for any reason the camp is unable to go ahead or cancelled, we will provide a credit note for your booking/s to use on future events OR a catch up session depending on the situation.
