Strengthgenics Personal Training

I am a personal trainer, wife, mum of two boys, 2 dogs and a cat. I am highly motivated to help people incorporate strength and mobility training into everyday life to improve their health and increase longevity. Following my own health journey and overcoming multiple challenges it became my passion to help others to do the same. I specialise in strength training and coaching women to train through the menopause and beyond.
