Rhythm for Life

Free online gentle & fun mostly seated exercise and relaxation classes for people with dementia & their carers/families.

Each class incorporates important exercises to help improve, sustain and develop:

Cognition
Balance
Strength
Flexibility
Brain training
Stress reduction and mood balancing

Classes are available in English and Gaelic.
When safe Classes can be live at the studio or virtually in your own home.

If you let me know in advance I can record the class and send you the link. For confidentiality the recording only myself will be seen, no other participants.
