   All memberships must be purchased in the child’s name for whom the membership will apply.
   A valid membership ID is required for all bookings and entry.

2. Membership Benefits
   The Monthly Membership includes unlimited play sessions, subject to availability.
   All play sessions must be booked through our website using your membership ID.

3. Membership Use
   Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be used by any child other than the named member.
   Any misuse, including attempted or actual use by another child, may result in the membership being immediately revoked without refund.

4. Payments & Billing
   Membership operates on a monthly direct debit basis.
   Payments must successfully clear each month for the membership to remain active.
   If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment is resolved.

5. Cancellations
   You may cancel your membership at any time through your BookWhen account in the Membership area.
   Once cancelled, the membership will remain active until the end of the current monthly cycle, based on the original purchase date. No partial refunds are issued.

6. Exclusions
   Food and drink are not included and must be purchased separately at the café.
   The membership cannot be used for events, special sessions, or birthday parties. Separate bookings and charges apply.

7. General Rules
   All usual Play Café rules, safety guidelines, and policies apply to all members and accompanying adults at all times.
   We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke membership for breaches of safety, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
