Payments are non refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
If you have booked and need to cancel, you must transfer to an alternative date or class at least 24 hours before the booked class.
If you do not transfer before 24 hours and you do not attend the class, you will lose the class fee. At least 24 hours notice must be given to transfer a session. Any class cancelled within 24 hours is non transferable. Class passes are valid for 30 days from the date of your first booked class. Class passes are non refundable and must be fully used within the 30 day period. Any unused classes will be lost and non transferable after the 30 days have expired.
