By Purchasing Membership you are agreeing to the following terms

Massage-a-Month Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Term
   The Massage-a-Month Membership is a 12-month commitment commencing on the date of purchase. By enrolling, the client agrees to remain a member for the full term.

2. Services Included
   Membership includes one 30 minute Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage treatment per month for the duration of the membership.
   Sessions must be used within the applicable month unless otherwise stated.
   Unused sessions do not roll over and are not refundable. (No massage hoarding.)

3. Payment & Billing
   Membership fees are charged via automatic recurring card payment on a monthly basis.
   Payments are processed on the same date each month.
   It is the client’s responsibility to ensure valid payment details are kept on file.

4. Failed or Declined Payments
   If a payment is declined:
   The client will be notified and payment must be rectified promptly.
   Missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
   Continued non-payment may result in termination of the membership, with the remaining balance becoming immediately due.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered a used session.
   We’re flexible, not psychic.

6. Early Termination
   The membership cannot be cancelled early except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons), at management’s discretion.
   If early termination is approved, any used sessions will be recalculated at full standard pricing and deducted from payments made. Any remaining balance must be paid.

7. Non-Transferable
   Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

8. Price Changes
   Membership pricing is locked in for the duration of the 12-month term. Standard service prices outside the membership may change without notice.

9. Health & Safety
   Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where necessary for safety or medical reasons.

10. Right to Amend Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom
