Healing and restorative. For this special and extended session I have invited holistic health coach and sound healer Laura Penneycard. Laura will 'top and tail' our Restorative Yoga class with an aura cleansing using Tibetan bowls at the beginning and a healing sound bath to finish.
Suitable for beginners.
Please make sure you wear something comfortable and bring plenty of layers (warm socks, extra top, blanket). For Restorative Yoga we will use a bolster and blocks, please let me know if you are unable to bring your own. We aim to start at 7.15, please allow plenty of time to set up and settle.
