Hi I'm Vic. I created Wilde Velora Wellness to offer grounded, welcoming spaces where we can slow down & soften. Through traditional practices of sound baths, yoga, breath and mindful movement. I offer moments of pause. Spaces where you can lower your guard, release pressure and reconnect.

Everything I offer is warm, accessible and real. I prioritize nervous system regulation, mental health, physical wellbeing and authentic connection. Presence matters over performance & status, inner wellbeing over external image. I believe wellbeing begins with gentle movement, rest & regulation - not hustle, not work-hard-play-hard, rat race, 'wine o'clock' culture.
