At Wild Little Souls, I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. My refund policy is designed to be fair while recognising that class sizes are small and spaces are reserved in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

If you cancel 14 days or more before your course starts, you will receive a full refund, minus a £5 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the course begins, refunds cannot be guaranteed. If I am able to fill your place, I will happily offer a refund (minus the £5 administration fee) or transfer your booking to a future course where possible.

Once the course has started, refunds cannot be given for missed sessions or if you choose to withdraw from the course.

If you or your baby are unwell, please do not attend. Where possible, I will provide handouts or support to help you catch up on any missed content.

If Wild Little Souls has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date, a credit towards a future course, or a full refund for the affected session(s).
