Class blocks purchases:
This options reserves your place in all weeks of the block so they are non-refundable up to 7 days of the block start date.
If you miss a class you're welcome to attend another class that week - space permitting - but make-up classes cannot be guaranteed.
You are also welcome to gift a missed class to a friend if arranged in advance if you cannot attend one week.
Please make sure you inform us of this via email providing their name, surname and email address of who will attend in your place.

Single class drop ins:
You can request a refund on a single class purchase up to 3 hours before. This may take up to 48 hours to be refunded back to you.

Class Passes (if an available option at the check-out):
Non-refundable after the first class has been taken.

Day Retreats and Workshops:
Refunds may be available if you need to cancel - only up to 7 days before the event. This allows sufficient time to offer your place to someone else.
You are also welcome to gift your booking to a friend if you can no longer attend.
Please make sure you inform us of this via email providing their name, surname and email address of who will attend in your place.

Online Courses:
Non refundable on Zoom and Prerecorded Courses.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds may incur fees - Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction won't be returned. Additional fees may apply in some regions and payment types.
