Sometimes the hardest part of building or maintaining a regular practice is finding a routine. Use this pass to commit to just four weeks where you will further your understanding of the ashtanga method, build confidence, strength and flexibility within your own practice and gain deep insight into yourself. Maybe most importantly, build yourself a foundation of regular practice to rest the year upon.
