I teach community yoga classes in South Birmingham. We move slowly, fostering awareness with our breath & with self compassion.
I teach adults who might have stress, maybe anxiety, sometimes depression, back pain, insomnia, chronic health conditions & relationship issues. My classes may benefit these issues.
