My sound bath sessions combine with the power of breathwork, therapeutic sounds and spoken meditation to help ease stress, anxiety, and create calm.
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and gongs to connect with the upcoming season with a fresh perspective. Let's make space for renewal, clarity, and new aspirations by creating mental and emotional openness, returning to your rhythm.
*** IMPORTANT***
Please note the Sound Bath Session is not suitable for pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, pacemaker or any heart defects, hearing implants or any other implants, recent surgery (within 3 months) or children under 10 years old.
If you have any mental health conditions - Sound healing often triggers emotional releases, which can bring up intense feelings.
WHAT TO BRING
*Bring a mat, pillows, bolsters, eye masks, cosy socks and blankets. Anything to make you comfortable as you will be lying on the floor for approximately 60 mins
*Bring water
*Wear comfortable clothing

4:45-5pm Final Thoughts and Grounding before heading home
