- Energising Postures: flow through a series of classic Hatha Yoga poses that enhance strength and balance. Each pose is taught with mindful attention to alignment and breath, with options to adapt to your individual level
- Breath and Mindfulness: Integrate breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness techniques to deepen your practice, reduce stress and cultivate inner peace. Learn to connect your breath with movement, fostering a sense of harmony and well being
- Interactive and Fun: Experience the joy of yoga through creative sequences and light hearted challenges that make your practice engaging and enjoyable. Share smiles and positive energy with your fellow yogis
- Relaxation and Bliss: Conclude the class with a soothing relaxation or guided meditation. This final segment is designed to help you absorb the benefits of your practice, leaving you feel rejuvenated, grounded and joyful
Sound Bath Meditations:
I will use spoken meditation, therapeutic sounds and breathwork to help ease stress, anxiety and promote mindfulness, relaxation and balance. *** IMPORTANT***
Please note the Sound Bath Session is not suitable for pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, pacemaker or any heart defects, hearing implants or any other implants, recent surgery (within 3 months) or children under 10 years old.
If you have any mental health conditions - Sound healing often triggers emotional releases, which can bring up intense feelings.
