Workshop Vaudreuil Location St-Lazare Location West Island LocationWe understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility in such cases. Please note the following guidelines regarding cancellations:
Cancellation Before Class Starts: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations of our regular programs. For workshops, drop-ins, and camps, see cancellation policy below.
Refund Fee: A $30 non-refundable administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the processing cost.
Notice Requirement: To qualify for a refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation 7 business days prior to the program start date.
Make-up Classes: Due to the schedule constraints, no make-up class is provided. No refunds are issued for no-show.
Drop-in and Workshops: There is no refund for Drop-in or Workshops in case of cancellations or no show.
Camps: For cancellation, contact by email to infovaudreuil@youngengineers.org. Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the start of the camp will incur a $60 administrative fees. Any cancellation between 30 days to 7 days prior to start of the camp will incur a $100 administrative fees. Any cancellation made 7 days prior or less is non-refundable.
Please note that refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after the refund request has been approved.
