Cancellations are only accepted until up to 2 hours prior to the class scheduled start time.

Ticket transfers are offered. Refunds for prepaid single visits will be offered for cancellations providing at least 48hrs. If you chose a refund, a refund will be made within 14 days of the cancellation, less any fees associated with your payment method.
