Refund policy

Moo Music is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money or class in the event that you are unable to attend your pre-booked class.

In the event of another lockdown due to a pandemic your class will be moved to online no refunds or class credits will be made.

Moo Music Hull East is under no obligation and is unable to refund, deduct or transfer money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of the half term/term.
