Step into a softly lit, magical environment and settle in on your yoga mat with blankets and pillows, creating your own little nest of comfort.
We’ll begin with a simple piece of breathwork and a gentle, seasonal guided meditation, inviting a sense of stillness as the world turns toward the light once more.
Then drift into the main sound journey, where your imagination can wander to the soothing murmur of nature sounds, shimmering chimes, celestial singing bowls, and the deep, grounding resonance of the gongs.
To finish, any curious children (and grown-ups!) are welcome to explore and try out a selection of therapeutic sound instruments, a playful and uplifting way to end our time together.
Please note, the ticket price of £18 is for one parent/carer and one child combined. If you would like to bring any additional children, a separate ticket at £6 can be purchased.
Please bring a yoga mat, air bed, or anything you’ll feel comfortable sitting or lying on; whatever helps you create your own little nest of comfort. Pillows are warmly recommended. I also have a few spare blankets and mats available; just let me know if you’d like to borrow any.
Doors will open 10 minutes before we begin, giving you time to settle down and get cosy. I’m not able to open them earlier, as I’ll be busy weaving the space into a magical, calming environment for our sound journey together.
There is plenty of free parking at the venue, and the space is fully accessible on the ground floor; easy to arrive, settle, and relax.
