As the world quiets and the pace naturally slows, Warm Wintering offers a cosy, restorative space to settle into the softer side of winter. This sound bath is designed to cocoon you in warmth, through gentle tones, calming vibrations, and a nurturing atmosphere that encourages deep rest.
Think of it as a midwinter pause: a moment to exhale after the holiday rush, soothe the nervous system, and let your body be held in stillness. Wrapped in blankets and soft magical light, you’ll be guided into a state of ease where you can release tension, replenish your energy, and simply be.

Please do bring yoga mats, pillows or anything else which will aid your comfort.
Doors will open 10 minutes before we are due to start so you can get settled and comfortable. Please note I can't open the doors before then as I will be busily setting up equipment to provide a magical and relaxing environment for our healing musical journey.
There is plenty of free parking at the venue, and the venue is all on one level.
