Island First Aid Services reserves the right to cancel any program if there is inadequate enrolment and turn away students if a course has reached capacity.
In the event that a course must be canceled, we will post on our social media and email with the contact info provided. You may then reschedule for another course or receive reimbursement of the course fees. Course cancellations will also be announced on local radio stations Ocean 100 & Hot 105.
It is the STUDENTS responsibility to provide the correct and up to date contact information to Island First Aid Services.
Cancellation due to storms will be announced on local radio stations Ocean 100 & Hot 105. We will also post these cancellation on our social media. Students will be rescheduled to another date as soon as possible.
Cancellations are non-refundable if the student cancels with less than 3 days notice, or fails to show up for class. The student (or designate) is still responsible for payment.
A group failing to cancel within 3 business days will be subject to a cancellation fee.
