We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend your session please let us know as soon as possible and we can transfer your booking to another date/time that is suitable for you.

For special event bookings you can transfer your ticket to a named person. Please let us know if you would like to do this so we can update the booking.
