Welcome to I’m Movement 🤍

We offer small group classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with your body through intentional movement.
Our sessions combine functional strength, mobility and flow — creating a practice that supports both performance and long-term well-being.

We currently run two types of sessions:

Build
A slower-paced class focused on developing strength, mobility and control.
Great for creating a solid foundation and improving movement quality.

Flow
A more dynamic and fluid session where we connect movements into sequences.
Designed to explore coordination, rhythm and freedom in motion.

All classes are open to all levels — options and progressions are always offered.

Refund policy

Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep things as fair and simple as possible for everyone.

Class bookings
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the class starts using your confirmation link.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session.

Class packs
All class pack purchases are non-refundable.

Packs are valid for the specified period from the date of first use, and we encourage you to use your passes within that timeframe to get the most benefit from your practice.

Exceptional circumstances
If you experience an injury, illness, or other unexpected situation that prevents you from attending, please reach out to us directly — we’re always open to finding a fair solution where possible.

Cancellations by us
If a class is cancelled by us, your pass will be returned to your account or an alternative option will be offered.
