Cancellation Policy
No charge if a course date is moved to another date within the following 4 weeks. (subject to review).

Course cancellations of 5 working days or less are charged at 50%

Course cancellations of 6 to 10 working days are charged at 25%

Course cancellations with 11 days notice or longer incur no charge.

There is no reduction to invoice cost if a delegate fails to attend on the course day.
